i love this song alot, but judging from the comments from the november post about her sucky live singing, it makes me wonder if she lip synched..and i dont wanna be that she did, so ill stay positive

You can usually tell when a singer is lipsyncing...Assuming your name is referring to Yamapi of NEWS, then you should know very well how to tell when a singer is lipsyncing...(Yamapi, to my knowledge, seldom ever sings live, or if he does, it's with a lot of help). He admits himself that he sucks at singing (so he avoids singing his songs at karaoke :P).

I haven't listened to Destination Nowhere long enough to really tell, but her voice does sound close. I know fans always want to be like, "oh, she's just that good, to sound exactly like the actual recording on the cd", but honestly, if it was an actual performance, there has to be some points where there's the sound of her breath and there's got to be more echoing than what we're hearing out of this live.

But yeah...She actually does suck at singing, though I personally like her style regardless :)

Sorry if it seems like I'm bashing her...just telling the truth. I did buy the single though :D I love Erika despire any events/negative air she gives off. But whatever, it's all opinion.

I wouldn't really expect her to be have been good at singing anyway...but her recordings are still a joy to listen to ^^

her mood in the beginning intro is just gloomy...

screw you all. honestly id like to see YOU hit notes that Erika does. i bet itd be hard as hell since you all are probably a bunch of pc nerds with no looks or talent. Erika can sing - maybe not the best, but it is very good especially since she just debuted not too long ago. give her some credit. shell get even better if she keeps pushing forward. look at ayumi hamasaki and namie amuro. they both sucked at singing in the beginning but theyd progressed amazingly. besides i dont see anyone giving namie amuro heat for sucking live when she usually always does.

whoa whoa---calm down. (a) because namie amuro DOES NOT "usually always" suck live--in fact as of the songs off of PLAY--namie is doing very well live. there is no need to bring in other artists and insult them even if you ARE trying to make a point.

as for the performance? i liked it. her emotion was sucky in the beginning but it picked up nicely and she looked good. it doesn't look like she sung live though---not enough breathing inbetween certain notes where there SHOULD be if she was singing the song live. i'm not complaining though--i still liked it. ^_^

nerdh8ter, relax! We all enjoyed the performance and we all love Erika just as much as you do, if not more. There's no need to get upset if some people put forward minor criticisms.
